Golden Zumba: 45 -Minute Class

This session brings together easy-to-follow dance routines with gentle, low-impact movements, lead by our Zumba Certified instructor, and designed for those 55+ looking to stay active.
Our class is packed with fun, uplifting music, creating a light, joyful atmosphere that will have you smiling throughout!
What to Expect:
- Warm-Up: We’ll start with a 7-minute warm-up to get your body moving and loosen up those muscles.
- Main Dance Routine: For 30 minutes, you’ll enjoy simple, rhythmic moves set to feel-good music. Each dance is designed to improve coordination, balance, and overall fitness without being too intense.
- Cool Down & Stretch: The last 7 minutes will be a relaxing cool down with stretches to help you unwind and soothe your muscles.
